What we store

• For a check: the business's name, website, offering and location, the questions, and the assistants' answers.
• For an account: your email address, language setting and plan.
• To limit abuse, the application stores a hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. Technical server logs may contain IP addresses and requested URLs. Current access logs omit those details; older logs may still contain them.

Who receives data

• Technical service providers who, on our behalf, put the questions to the AI assistants and process your homepage text and the answers to write questions and analyses. Some are based in the US; we use them only under contractual data-protection obligations.
• Stripe processes payments if you subscribe. We never see card details.
• Emails are sent from our own server.

We use no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking, and only cookies for sign-in, language and currency preferences.

Deletion

Under Account you can delete your account with all businesses, questions and checks yourself. Existing subscriptions are cancelled first; if cancellation fails, your account is kept so you can retry. Free checks without an account are deleted after 90 days. Backups are kept for recovery and may contain previously deleted data; access is restricted.
