Can I change the questions?

Yes. We draft six from your website; you can edit, remove or add before anything is asked.

Why might the answers differ when I ask?

Assistants vary their answers from one ask to the next, and a logged-in account with history gets personalised answers. We ask logged out, like a new customer.

What if an assistant doesn't answer?

It's shown as no answer and left out of the count. We never fill gaps with estimates.

Can you guarantee that my business will appear?

No. Nobody can. We show which pages the assistants cite for your questions and where you're missing, and track whether things change.

Do I need an account for the free check?

No. You only enter an email if you want weekly tracking or the full action plan.

Which assistants are included?

ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot in the Single Check and the plans. The free check asks ChatGPT and Google AI Mode. Perplexity isn't included at the moment.
